The 'Turning' of Lady Elysa

It was a beautiful evening on the Isola Del Sonno, the healing place for the immortal,
where Lord Doge, Leader of the House of Drakul, summoned the immortal citizens of Venexia
to witness a rare and solemn ceremony... the 'turning' of a vampire from one sabat to another.
It was the lovely Lady Elysa, who, for reasons unknown to most in attendance,
made the decision to 'turn' from the House of Bathory to the House of Drakul.
The musicians played a haunting melody as Lady Elysa lay upon the altar and Lord Doge stood over her addressing those in attendace, "Before a vampire can be born into a new house their blood first must be emptied of the current blood that flows through their veins." He then looked down at Lady Elysa and asked "Do you accept these terms to be born into the House of Drakul?" Her response simply "I do accept these terms. I wish to be of the Drakul!"
It was then that the bloody ceremony progressed with Lord Doge, along with Lady Amelia and Lady Calinica draining the blood of Lady Elysa as she trembled feeling the blood leave her body. Lord Doge then slit his own wrist forcing his life-giving blood into Lady Elysa's mouth. Revitalized, Lady Elysa arose from the altar to take her place with the noble members of the House of Drakul.
