Update on The Meters and some Captures from The Bathory Celebration of The Baths

Now you can rent members of borghesia who are currently 'owned' by another player. Their meter will be switched to you.
Once your hour is up, please release/uncapture them by using the HUD (Victim -> Uncapture).
I made this change earlier, but there was a slight problem. Anyway it is all fixed now.

As The Grand Holiday Tour was keeping the good Doctor and myself quite busy ..
